Not the best day today

I asked if I could have Last WIndow shipped to the US because their Delivery Destination page isn't clear on international orders. Here is their response:

On top of that, we got a box from our Grandparents and there was no bottom to the box and nothing in the box. It looks like someone cut out the bottom of the box and took whatever was inside.
